Negri R330 Woodchipper

The Bio-shredder R 330 is a medium-large woodchipper/shredder designed specifically for professional users.

Thanks to the S-shaped hammers in the cutting system, the R330 stands out for its high output capacity, even when shredding damp and fibrous vegetable waste like palms, linden tree, cluster- pine etc.

Ergonomics have been maximised in compliance with the European Safety Standards, the design of the feeding hopper is large and positioned at the optimum height for an easy loading of green waste.

The hydraulic feed roller is both speed and direction controlled by an handle and it is supervised by the electronic No-stress device, which automatically adjusts the action of the feed roller according to the amount of energy being used by the shredding process. In this way the blocking of the cutting units is minimised.

The cutting system, consisting in a rotor of 68 mobile reversible hammers, pulverises all kinds of organic materials that have a diameter of upto 14 cm, the adjustable screen with vertical bars controls the size of discharged material. Material is finally discharged through a 270° adjustable pipe 2,29 m. high.

The R330 in 3 versions: powered by a 35,2hp Lombardini diesel engine, 36hp Kubota or tractor powered version.

The diesel version can be supplied with either an agricultural trailer chassisor a high speed trailer for public road at speeds of up to 80 km/h.
